Property and Cancellation Policies Full Charge – Full Deposit – If canceled within 1 day of arrival Terms and Conditions 1. Prices and Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service or amenities, will be added to the final bill at check-out. 2. Cancellations: Cancellations are refundable to the full amount (including deposit) when the reservation is canceled 24 hours before check-in. Beyond this timeframe, it is request-based and management should be notified immediately. No refunds will be issued after check-in and staying in the room for more than 10 minutes. 3. Payment and Terms: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. A $100.00 USD security deposit is required upon either reservation or check-in, automatically released after check-out and inspection of the room. 4. Check-in Policy: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and must present a valid state-issued ID or passport. 5. Early Check-in: A fee of $40.00 will be charged for early check-in. 6. No-Show Penalty: In the event of a no-show, the penalty will be equal to the rate of the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees. 7. Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to check-in and stay in the room. Visitors are allowed between 10 AM and 10 PM. 8. Trashed Rooms: A fee of $150.00 will be imposed if the room is found to be trashed or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during your stay. 9. Traveling with Minors: Children 12 and under stay free. If the front desk staff suspects validity, proof of age may be requested and validated. 10. Pet Policy: ADA-defined service animals are welcome at Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed on the premises. Failure to comply will impose a “Pet Fee” of $250.00 + deposit (forfeited). 11. Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests during their stay. However, vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. 12. Hotel Events: From time to time, Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville may host events or gatherings for guests. Guests are welcome to participate but are expected to adhere to all hotel policies and guidelines during such events. 13. Dispute Resolution/Issues: Any disputes or issues arising during your stay should be brought to the attention of hotel management immediately for resolution. We strive to address any concerns promptly and to the satisfaction of our guests. 14. Use of Personal Information: The personal information provided during reservation and check-in is used solely for hotel-related purposes and is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 15. Liability: Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with your stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of nature. 16. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions, Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary. 17. Third-Party Rights: These terms and conditions apply solely to the relationship between Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville and its guests and do not confer any rights or benefits to third parties. 18. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein. 19. Severance: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
